Direct Thermal Printer Feeds

Generates native ESC/POS binary streams and 1-bit monochrome BMP graphics ready for 58mm thermal receipt printers and Bixolon SRP-350plus printers via Home Assistant or curl/netcat.

📅

Dual Calendar Fusion

Separates whole-school announcements (assemblies, workshops, vaccine clinics, term dates in the top "School Events" section) from your child's personal timetable (PE kit, lunches, music lessons, clubs, and pickup duties on the schedule).

🧥

Smart Weather & Gear Check

High-resolution Open-Meteo forecasts evaluate hourly rain probability and morning temperatures to decide if coats, umbrellas, wellies, or gloves are needed.

⚽

Attire & Trigger Engine

Automatically flags PE kit days, mufti/non-uniform themes, music lessons (with tutor names and times), Brownies, karate, swimming, and hot dinners.

🏠

Home Assistant Automation

Connect your smart home morning alarm automation to print the daily dispatch instantly when you wake up. Includes netcat one-liners and automation YAML.

👥

Co-Carer Collaboration
